A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Cleveland County Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you send a message, we receive the information in that message and use it to respond.

Our host maintains routine server information, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the site, address technical problems, measure aggregate traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
